CHIMPA V. 3.6.1 - STAY UP TO DATE WITH THE LATEST VERSION

Chimpa, MDM software (Mobile Device Management) designed by the Group XNOOVA, arrives at the release of the 3.6.1.
The release brings a optimised version which includes several improvements e bugfix.

New features include the SFTP synchronisation from Chimpa to Apple School Manager - and vice versa. Thanks to this new functionality, it is now possible to upload users both from Chimpa to Apple School Manager (ASM) and from ASM to Chimpa. By setting SFTP parameters, generated on the Apple portal, accounts and classes will be uploaded directly to ASM. This will also generate Managed Apple IDs (info https://support.apple.com/it-it/HT207029).

Another important improvement is the possibility for students to belong to more than one class at the same time and to import via CSV file. Administrators can assign multiple Classes for each Student from Chimpa Admin, via the "Manage Classes" action. In addition, Classes can be imported in bulk via CSV files.

Finally: Chimpa is - and always will be - customisable. The modular approach makes it possible to 'build' the right solution for each context using a flexible licensing logic.
